Over the past five years, we have be raising cattle from birth to finish. They are all finished on barley/oats and alfalfa hay and sold to friends, co-workers and family as a healthy alternative to store bought beef.
NO hormones are used on any of our cattle and we use minimal vaccination, to maintain our herd health.
Our commercial cattle have heavy Angus influence and are all sired by herd sires mentioned previously. It is well known that the Angus breed gives the best taste, tenderness, and eating experience.
All our animals are processed at a local abattoir where the meat is aged for 21 + days. All carcasses are graded and the Grading Certificate is available upon request. The butcher contacts each customer before cutting to receive their specific cutting preferences. The butcher wraps, labels, and flash freezes the finished product.
